Launch your first token
Everything you need to go from idea to a live, protected token. It's free, it takes about a minute, and there are no settings you can get wrong.
1. Fund your wallet
You need a little gas, plus whatever you want for your optional first buy. If your funds are on HyperEVM, the Fast Bridge moves them over in a few seconds with no fee.
Fast BridgeHyperEVM → Elysium · 0% fee · ~3 seconds2. Fill in the basics
Only the name and ticker are required. Everything else about the pool is fixed for every launch, so buyers always know the rules.
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | Up to 32 characters. Shown everywhere your token appears. |
| Ticker | Yes | 2 to 10 letters or digits. Permanent once launched. |
| Image | Recommended | PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP under 2MB, or an https / ipfs link. |
| Pair asset | Default USDC | USDC on Elysium, ETH on Robinhood Chain, a stock, or up to 5 quotes. |
| Pool fee | Default 3% | 2%, 3%, 4% or 5%. Frozen at launch. |
| Agent mode | Optional | Routes your 10% creator stream into $GUST compute. |
| First buy | Optional | Buy in the same transaction, before anyone else. |
3. Launch and share
Hit launch and confirm in your wallet. Your token is tradable within one block. Under the hood, the factory deploys the token, its pool and its treasury in a single call:
factory.createToken(
"Thermal", "THERMAL", // name, ticker
metadataURI, // image, description, links
creator, // receives the 10% creator stream
30000, // 3% pool fee, frozen
[] // optional burn sinks (max 3)
); // → token, treasury, locked v4 positionWhat the transaction does
All of it happens, or none of it does.
- Deploy the token. An ERC-20 with 18 decimals and a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000. There is no mint function, no owner, and no transfer restriction other than the rebate rules. A sale or a send to a normal wallet disqualifies that wallet from future rebates. A burn to the dead address does not.
- Create the pool. A Uniswap v4 pool, no hook, tick spacing 10. The fee in the pool key is the fee you froze: 2%, 3%, 4%, or 5%, written as 20000, 30000, 40000, or 50000. The default is 3%.
- Place the whole supply. One liquidity position, initialised so the market cap is about $5,000. The position holds tokens and no quote. See The open.
- Lock the position. The NFT goes to UpdraftLocker. Collecting fees is a decrease of zero liquidity, which is how Uniswap pays owed fees without touching the principal. The locker has no function that transfers the position out or removes that liquidity.
- Bind a treasury. That treasury is this token’s only. The 30/30/15/15/10 split is copied in and does not change. The creator / agent recipient is required. The zero address is rejected.
Which pool you open
One pair
On Elysium you can launch against native $HYPE (1-click, no approve), 6-decimal USDC, kHYPE, or $KNTQ.
Phase 2: upTICKER Equity Pairs
On Elysium, upTICKER stock pairs (upNVDA, upOPENAI, upSPCX, upANTHROPIC) unlock per ticker in Phase 2 as Updraft Treasury acquires real underlying equities from protocol fees, locks them 1:1 in UpdraftStockVault.sol, and seeds deep $HYPE / upTICKER v4 reference pools.
Several quotes
A multi launch opens up to five pools in one transaction and splits the supply evenly. Each pool opens at the same price, so the token has one opening market cap, spread over several books.
What you can change later
Almost nothing. The fee, the quotes, the metadata, and the lock are fixed. The current creator / agent recipient can hand that role to a new address. Fees still sitting in the pool follow the new address. Updraft Labs cannot seize it or redirect it.
